Lydwine Lafontaine holds master’s degrees in Romance Philology and in Instructional Design for Higher Education, as well as a PhD in Anthropology. She has worked for 10 years in research, cooperation projects and university teaching, in Europe and the United States. She was also an instructor at the Foreign Service Institute of the US State Department in Washington, DC. Since 2008, she has been working in the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg MED Programme where she is currently in charge of projects on governance in the Mediterranean.
