Carolina Navarro holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Valencian Polytechnic University specialising in Industrial Management and Organisation. Her master thesis was focused on Change Management for Projects. She also is Master of Science in Ports Management and Intermodal Transport from the Comillas University (ICADE).
In 2007 she joined Fundacion Valenciaport as a Project Manager in Research, Development and Innovation. In 2019 she took a new responsibility on the organisation as Director of the City-Port Area, Mobility and Cruises Area. She has a wide experience in European and international projects as she has participated in a large number of projects as project manager and as an expert in maritime-port logistics and operations, urban transport, mobility and sustainable tourism.
She is also teacher in the Master of International Trade at the University of Valencia and in other courses and seminars conducted by the Interamerican Bank and the Distance Learning Foundation for the Economic and Technological Development (CEDDET).
