Thomas Guillot | Project Officer at the Network of European Regions for Sustainable and Competitive Tourism (NECSTouR)
As the head of NECSTouR Project Hub, Thomas Guillot is in charge of the management, engineering, and monitoring tasks of all NECSTouR’s European-funded projects. He is supporting the communication and dissemination the results of NECSTouR many projects, especially tailored for a EU-oriented audience, including the coordination of internal meetings and public events. He also contributes to NECSTouR external communication strategy, especially on social media.
For the Interreg MED Sustainable Tourism community, Mr. Guillot is leading the capitalisation activities and the production of deliverables, as well as coordinating NECSTouR role as EU antenna of the partnership. For NECSTouR, his role is the implementation of the Sustainable Tourism project capitalisation activities in NECSTouR work programme.
He has a master’s degree in tourism and heritage management from the University of Lyon, a five-year experience in the tourism sector within Paris suburban tourism boards and another five-year experience as local journalist. In parallel, Thomas has been working, managing, and volunteering within associative structures for more than a decade from Bordeaux to Brussels.
